GTS Filters is a leading Stainless Steel (SS) Duplex Filter Housing manufacturer in India. Filter Housing is generally used to separate fine as well as coarse particles. Some processes need uninterrupted flow and hence need filtration systems to meet this need. The most common is the duplex filter where there are two filters mounted parallelly, with one working and one standby. As soon as it is noticed that the working filter has reduced flow or pressure drop due to choking, the liquid is passed through the stand-by filter to continue the process. This change-over can be manual or automatic. For manual change-over, a set of valves are used. These valves can be 2-way ball valves, 3-way ball valves, 2-way butterfly valves, etc. Most smaller valves are manually operated but large valves may need gearboxes are even motorized. We offer filter housing with flow direction in to out or out to in as per dirt load and application. Our MS/ CS Filter Housings have various surface finishes like painting, hot dip galvanized, or powder coating.
