Air Filter Elements

GTS Filters offers a wide range of Air Filter Elements. Air Filter Elements encompass a wide range of applications – Compressed Air, HVAC, Blowers, Engines, Turbines, Air Coolers, Dust Collectors, etc. In all these applications, the common factor is the removal of dirt, dust, rust, condensation, moisture, exhaust fumes, and oil impurities. We design Air Filter Elements based on various parameters like flow rate, line size, operating pressure, Operating Temperature, and Filtration Rating. These Air Filter Elements come with different geometry based on application. The filtration media used for each of these applications vary like paper, synthetic materials, polyester, pp, coalescing, borosilicate glass fiber, activated carbon, HDPE, non-woven, stainless steel wire mesh, sintered bronze, sintered ss wire mesh, and sintered ss.
Compressed air filters are classified under the below categories.
MS – Moisture Separate For the removal of 99% of bulk oil/water removal from the compressed air.
SB – Pre-Filtration Sintered bronze filter elements for removal of pipe scales, bulk liquid, solid p[articles, and dust down 5 microns. These filter elements are available in 5, 10, 25, and above microns.
PF – High-Efficiency Fine Filter For the removal of particles down to 1 micron including coalesced liquid water and oil, dust, providing a maximum remaining oil aerosol content of 0.5 mg/m³ at 21 °C.
UF – High-Efficiency Oil Removal Filtration For the removal of particles down to 0.01 micron including oil aerosols, and dust, providing a maximum remaining oil aerosol content of 0.01 mg/m³ (0.01 ppm) at 21 °C efficiency – 99.99% (install in series with filter type PF). [Borosilicate glass microfibers – filter media that actively repel oil to reduce pressure drop and running cost to an absolute minimum.]
AC – Activated Carbon Filtration For the removal of vapor and hydro carbon odors giving a maximum remaining oil content of <0.003 mg/m³ (<0.003 ppm) (excluding methane) at 21 °C (install in series with filter type PF + UF).
