The air is first drawn from the workplace and passes through the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge first captures and separates the dust and suspended particles from the air, and the clean air is discharged back into the workplace or outside environment. 

Dust Filter Cartridge is made of materials such as Cotton, Polyester, Polypropylene, Homopolymer, Nylon, Acrylic, Aramid, Fiberglass, PTFE, etc. Generally, they are round, enveloped, oval in shape, and long. Its different types are snap band top/bottom, rubber o ring top, raw top, hammed top, thick gasket top, flat bottom, cuff bottom, etc. Also according to the application, they are supported with a cage from inside/outside to prevent them from rupturing.

We manufacture Dust Filter Cartridges as per drawing and sample. To accommodate larger are, we offer pleated cartridges. The media is chosen depending on application and temperature consideration.
