GTS Filters manufactures a wide range of Industrial Dust Filter Cartridges. These are the heart of Dust collector systems. The air is first drawn from the workplace and passes through the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge first captures and separates the dust and suspended particles from the air, and the clean air is discharged back into the workplace or outside environment.
Industrial Dust Filter Cartridges come in different diameters and lengths. They also have varying fixing arrangements like flanges, cast aluminum, with/without lugs, etc. The Industrial Dust Filter Cartridges are made of materials such as Cotton, Polyester, Polypropylene, Homopolymer, Nylon, Acrylic, Aramid, Fiberglass, PTFE, etc. Generally, they are round, enveloped, oval in shape, and long. The dust filter bags come in different types like snap band top/bottom, rubber o ring top, raw top, hammed top, thick gasket top, flat bottom, cuff bottom, etc. also according to application, they are supported with cage from inside/rings on outside to prevent it from rupture.
We manufacture Dust Filter Cartridges as per drawing and sample. To accommodate larger areas, we offer pleated cartridges. The media is chosen depending on application and temperature consideration.
