Pleated Ss Filter Cartridges

GTS Filters offers a wide range of Pleated Ss Filter Cartridges for air, gas, and liquid applications. The Industrial Pleated SS Filter Cartridges use SS Wire meshes of different filtration efficiencies depending on customer requirements. The pleated configurations are used to increase the filtration area, which has advantages like a higher filtration area, lower pressure drop, higher dust holding capacity, longer life, and easy cleanability. For routine applications, the end caps are retained using epoxy adhesives but for high temperatures and the capability to withstand high differential pressure, we offer a fully welded design.  Our filter cartridges are available with positive sealing like an ‘O’ ring, Gasket, Threaded connection, code 7 type, and TC connection to ensure zero leakage. For some typical oil filtration applications, we offer bypass arrangements in our filter cartridges. We also manufacture retrofit or replacement or equivalent filter cartridges.
